So I bought the barrons SAT 2 math and barrons SAT 2 chem the other day and I took both the diagnostics. I got a 750 - 780 range on the chem test, and a 700 on the math test, both are diagnostics I repeat. My question is that how "should" it translate to test day? Ive heard barrons is a lot harder than the real tests, and on both diagnostics, even though I haven't taken any real practice subject tests I could kinda "sense" that why would collegeboard ask such a miscellaneous question such as some extraneous labs or something. Question is: are these tests accurate and good practice? what should I expect from test day with these scores?

I think you should be fine. My son got 740 and 660 on the Barron’s diagnostic tests for Chemistry and Math II respectively. And he scored 790 and 750 on the real tests.

Can anyone suggest me how to practice more in subject tests of chemistry?

The Barrons for Math2 and Chem are good. Particularly for Math2, if you score 700+ in Barrons, you may be able to get 800 in the real test.
