<p>Hard to know the answer to your question. I'm just guessing here, but I believe those that applied early and/or recieved the coveted LLs are likely to hear today.</p>
<p>The thing is not to despair if today is not your day. Despair is a total waste of time, anyway.</p>

<p>That was actually going to be my next question, how many people does "Batch 1" include? Are they just doing it in batches for server purposes or are these certain people? Finally if you were not in "Batch 1" when do you think the next batch will be?</p>

<p>Everybody take a deep breath and relax. Remember some of you will be rejoicing in an hour and some will have heard nothing or been deferred or rejected. Either way the world will still turn and life will go on. The real issue, as I see it, is how you maximize the opportunities that are afforded you. </p>

<p>it's funny to see everyone get so worried about the decisions coming out soon. ive been fidgety for the last two weeks thinking about this but now that were almost there, it makes me remember last year when i heard about a batch of acceptance letters accidentally being sent to people they meant to reject. hope that doesnt happen this year! i hope this didnt make anyone go more crazy sorry lol</p>

<p>well unfortunately i believe they had to send new letters apologizing for the mistake and breaking the terrible news that the poor kids had actually not gotten into carolina.</p>
