<p>I used to live in the Bay Area (Pacifica, San Bruno area).. moved to socal a year of so ago. I actually liked the cold weather there!</p>

<p>Posting from all the way in the South Bay. Irvine looks very urbanized compared to cities like San Jose, but not too much of a difference. The weather is killer in the summer though. That heat just beats on you.</p>
