Anybody live in the Bay Area?

Hey guys! I was just wondering if anybody here on the Gtown CC board lives in the Bay Area. If so, where?

I live in Piedmont (which is inside Oakland, if you don't know where that is). :D

I live in the "Bay Area" (just one a little bit closer to the border...)

But I actually do know a whole bunch of people up in Walnut Creek, and various other places that I forgot the names of. Personally, I'd rather have your weather. I'm a big fan of rain.

I love Bay Area weather. The fog is my favorite part. :p

My parents have a home in Pebble Beach... which is close to the bay area.

I'm in Moraga (right on the other side of the Oakland hills). I'm from Berkeley (go Bears!), though, and that's where I spend all my time. Piedmont is so lovely...

I took this picture today right by my home.... Its amazing over here!

that picture is gorgeous! you're so lucky!

Thanks.. its real nice out here in CA. Just wish we could live here for good.

Go Bears! LOL.

And Carrera- that picture is gorgeous. I just wish Georgetown had some extension school out here! :p

No joke.. that would be awesome.

Carrera- I haven't seen you around the Gtown boards. Did you apply EA? Or are you RD?

RD in the Business school...

calidan- did you get in EA? where else are you applying?

Yeah, I got in EA.

I'm also applying to Brown, Dartmouth, and Penn.

What about you?

I live in Redwood City (home of the Scott Peterson trial as I've gotten used to saying lately), on the SF Peninsula

Deferred ED from Tufts, I think mostly due to financial issues since they're not need-blind. Applying to Pomona, Georgetown, Wesleyan, Claremont McKenna, Bowdoin, Barnard, Macalester, Reed, Scripps, Trinity, Colorado College, Mt. Holyoke, Berkeley, UCLA, UCD, and UCSB. Crazy, I know, but I need financial aid, I got an application fee waiver, and I don't know where I'm going to get in since my grades are lower, my test scores are strong, and my ECs are great (don't know how that'll all ultimately balance out). Best of luck!
