Baylor 2 Medical track

I was recently invited for an interview at the baylor 2 medical track event. Does anyone have any statistics about how many interviews are given out to people? what are my chances of getting an offer?

I got an invitation to attend the Baylor2 medical program. That is not the same thing as an interview right? And does anyone know how many people are invited to this program?

I think those are the same thing. According to their website, you get invited to attend an event that includes interviews. However I have no idea about how many people are invited to the event, as there are only like 6 slots

I agree, I think they are the same thing. So are the interviews the during this program or do several people go to the program and they choose people to come back for interviews? I am kind of confused as to what we are doing!

I got invited too, and I talked to an ex-applicant who said that this was just supposed to be the tour of the school nd a general meeting. I heard the actual selective interview happens later around february or march.

Has anyone received invites to this year’s B2 event? Thanks

I haven’t heard of anyone yet.

yes, I did today. What does the event consist of, and how many people are invited out of the applicants? Is it almost like 100%? I heard there’s another interview in Jan/Feb so I wasn’t sure how exclusive this event is…

My daughter received hers today as well. I don’t know any details however.

There were over a hundreds at the November event last year, and I assume a similar # in January. Of those, 15-20 got the “real” invitation back for actual interviews that included the Med School, and about 6 are chosen.

@NashvilletoTexas Can you please share if there was a required interview at last year’s November medical track event? There’s no information on interviews in the invite and we do not want to be surprised.

I don’t recall any individual interviews at that time for my daughter. If there was one, it must have been pretty low key,. but I think the way it is set up now is that they specifically do NOT want to have that kind of resource commitment to these first session, and they save the interviews for the callbacks.
