<p>So I’m so curious as to what the acceptance rate into this program is. I’m pretty sure that they only accept 10 people. I wonder how many applied? This program doesn’t seem to get any attention compared to the other summer programs that are often talked about on CC.</p>
<p>I thought they only accepted 1-2 high school students?</p>
<p>Or am I thinking of the wrong program?</p>

I’m not sure exactly how many people they accept either because the number seems to vary each year…</p>
<p>I’m guessing that the number they accept stays the same, and that the reason for the differences in the number of people is because there is a different “yield rate” each summer. (i.e. if they accept 10 people, it is most likely that all 10 do not decide to attend.)</p>
<p>My friend went to this program, he went cuz he got rejected from RSI, HSHSP and SSTP if I remembered correctly.</p>
<p>What were his comments about the program? Did he enjoy it?</p>

<p>Did anybody receive a letter? Because I called a few days ago and the person who answered the phone said that letters were sent out this week, so it’s possible they only sent letters out to people who were accepted?</p>

but i got into garcia… which was the only one i got into, but still haha, it was my first choice.</p>
<p>i’m pretty sure all the letters will be received by next week- ish?? it shouldn’t take too long, since i already got mine.</p>
<p>My friend just confirmed that he got his acceptance like a week ago, I think if you haven’t receive the rejection you are still in running, maybe as alternative or something like that. Anyways, I do have another friend who went to this program last year, he loved it and wished it could be longer…</p>

I just found out that they have to accept 4 Texas applicants, so I guess my chances were pretty low :S</p>
