Baylor? What are my chances?

I am a junior in high school.
Ethnicity: Persian
G.P.A (on a 6 point scale) : 5.05
ACT: 30
SAT: 2100
I am on the leadership council of the National Honor Society.
I have 150 service hours from working at a hospital over the summer.
I am a section leader in the school marching band.
Our marching band got 3rd in the state of Texas.
I am an all-state horn player (the highest honor a high school musician can achieve)
I am in drum corps (The Cadets), which were the world champions last year. We spend our ENTIRE summer practicing and on tour.

The only thing I'm concerned about is I made my first C in Pre-AP Pre Calculus. I'm taking 4 AP classes this year, and I took 1 last year. I make the occasional B here and there, but my class rank is 12 out of 405. What are my chances of getting into schools like Baylor, SMU, or UT Austin? I want to study Pre-med! :)

You’ll certainly be accepted.

A C isn’t the worst thing in the world, especially if you bring it up. It looks good to admittance officials if they see you don’t do so well first semester and then bring it back up the next semester. It shows you addressed your issue and worked on fixing it.
