How would you say the difficulty is for all 3 sections? I'm trying to gauge my performance.

bump … 10char

OMG yes! i got a scaled score of around 700 on Math, about a 720 on Reading and a 740 in Writing. i am usually perfect on writing and reading, and only make on average 2 errors on math, so this test was pretty difficult

See, that’s why I’m so confused. I score 800M, -2W (so, let’s say 780 with an 11 essay), and 750 CR. This was the highest score that I’ve gotten on a BB test. (I left 2 vocab blank, and made 2 passage based errors and had 1 passage omit…so -5).

That’s why I’m so confused. I found the passage about Trabb’s boy quite confusing but I came out of it with only 1 error and 1 omit. I also thought I had gotten something wrong on the Colonel Williamsburg passage but I had nothing wrong on that entire section.

So, I’m quite shocked because people were saying that it was hard. I was hoping that this isn’t a fluke!

EDIT: I did think that the SC were super hard compared to other tests in the BB though. I mean, I was struggling on number 3 out of 8 lol.

^ haha, i am sure it wasn’t a fluke, but a true testament to your abilities.

but yeah, this was one of the more difficult tests in the BB, at least imo.

lol, that’s quite the compliment lol. I was getting only low 2200s on my last few tests lol, so this was a 100 pt. jump.

anyone have any advice that can help me go from around 700-740 in CR to mid 700s on test day? (I’m at -6 or -7 usually, -4 would be awesome).

Also, if anyone has written the May 2008 Test (or QAS) do you think it is harder, easier, or the same compared to other tests? (either the ones in the BB or other SAT tests that you wrote)

anyone…
