Son rejected from Georgetown, in early at BC and just accepted at JHU…He wants to study Internation Relations…BC or JHU?

They are both prestigious in different ways.
i woudl have to say that
For internatoinal relations, BC. :-)

JHU has a top rated IR program. BC does not, but BC blows JHU away when it comes down to the overall collegiate experience. Which matters more to you?

I've heard JHU has major grade deflation and it has a depressing/drab campus.

well i know JHU has an international relations program in which you travel to DC a couple times a week jr year, and stay on their DC campus senior year, which is definitely a plus. i am interested in IR also, however, i didn't like the fact that i would be taken away from my own school. however, i don't know very much about the BC international relations program. so if anyone does, that would be greatly appreciated because as eng_dude stated, the BC collegiate experience is said to be amazing.

well if he wants more of a college experience in a great city, boston is the ultimate city.
