BCI, CS, EECS, BioE? Ahhh!

Bear with me, because this may sound a bit naive -
but what majors/minors/path in general should i take if I'm
interested in brain-computer interfacing, VR, and CS?

I keep reading that simply a BioE major is too weak to get a job in anything,
Would EECS also work?

Or is this the sort of thing where any tried and true major will be enough to get me into the right job
in which case I should just go either CS or EECS or ME? Which brings me to another
possibility - ME for robotics. I hear MEs have a better time curriculum-wise and
aren't stressed to the breaking point during their undergrad years.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The general perception seems to be that a BS BioE degree is worthless. All the real BioE jobs go to those with graduate degrees, especially PhDs. I would go with EECS for undergrad and specialize in grad school. And if it turns out you don't want to do BCI, you still have a broad, versatile degree to do many other things.
