So right now I'm deciding between majoring in CS and math and minoring in EE or majoring in EE and math and minoring in CS (or maybe CS and EE majors?). Yea it's kinda similar but it affects classes starting next fall so I should probably decide soon.

I'm interested in doing research in artificial intelligence, theoretical/computational neuroscience, and stuff like that.

So um, if anyone here has experience in those areas, what would you recommend? Or does it not really matter much at the undergrad level?

I was originally going to do CS (there's a dual degree program in computer and cognitive science for CS + math) but after looking through the faculty at penn working on this stuff, the faculty doing stuff I'm interested in seem to be electrical engineers (or physics), and the only CS guy they have is doing stuff on data mining and bioinformatics which I'm not interested in.
