<p>Does anyone have the dates for BCT and the start of the academic year for next year?</p>

School begins - 6 Aug 09</p>
<p>lol tonight at dinner was the first time i saw BCT 2009.</p>

<p>That date is a number of days away approaching infinity...</p>
<p>yep, 2012 graduates in infinity days and counting!</p>
<p>During P school BMT we were told how many days until the class of 2013 graduates. The funny part is that infinity sounds closer.</p>

658 days until Graduation 2010, Jun 2nd, 2010
1022 days until Graduation 2011, June 1st, 2011
1386 days until Graduation 2012, May 30th, 2012
323 days until Class of 2013 Enters, July 2nd, 2009
18 days until Parents' Weekend , Aug 31st, 2008</p>
<p>Do 4* really have to memorize all that? I'm in trouble.</p>
<p>Haha, usually only how many days until each class graduates...plus staff lists, plus quotes, plus aircraft...etc.</p>
<p>Actually, after the first couple weeks it's not that bad. It gets broken up into 1 week sections (figure 1 page of stuff each week).</p>
<p>Oh it's not that bad, I got a 100% on my first knowledge test, and we had top honors in Group 3!!!</p>

<p>And I speak for us all when I say, we are countin down the days to BCT for 2013 more anxiously than ya'll are... :)</p>
<p>shut your mouth, af16! did you know, the cadre came in and asked me why i got the second lowest score in our squad? lol.</p>

<p>and toooooo true about looking forward to basic. but, it's kind of nice not to think at all... ;) my poor element leader.</p>
<p>Oh trust me I am not anxious at all, this will be my fourth basic (don't ask). Actually I am trying to plan a trip to Russia before I go to the academy and that is weighing much heavier on me because of what it involves to get that approved. I am trying to learn Russian this year so that if I can go it will be more meaningful.</p>
<p>I don't know, Russia seems like it's getting less and less friendly.</p>
<p>nah knowledge isnt that bad. it takes gettin used to, no doubt.. the weekly k-test stuff, the names, the checkpoints.. it can be overwhelming.. just have to take it one piece at atime.. 2013's beast seems so long from now! but it'll be here soon! hopefully :)</p>
<p>Very true, but can you really blame them in this situation? They went into South Ossetia to defend Russian citizens. I fully agree that what they are doing now is excessive but quite frankly I think it is something we would have done. If US citizens were attacked while in France you can bet your ass we would attack the responsible party(ies).</p>
<p>Besides, I am hoping that by next May at least St Petersberg will be safe enough to visit. Moscow can wait until I am old and wrinkled and have nothing better to do than travel.</p>
