Because Penn does not participate in Score Choice, do you need a high SAT and high ACT?

<p>I only took each test twice, but scored a 2010 on the SAT and a 35 on the ACT.
Their website says you need to send every test you took. I was wondering if the lower SAT would hurt me or if they would understand and only consider the 35 ACT.</p>

<p>They would most likely consider your ACT score. Honesty, I doubt Penn would make an admissions decision off of the fact that your SAT is much lower than your ACT.</p>
