been curious for a while about this question...

<p>Bearcats, this kid from my school (OOS) is at Michigan right now, and I can tell you that he’s exactly like the students that you’re talking about. He legitimately copied me on every single physics test last year, and he would sleep every day in class (this wasn’t just senior year…it happened every year). He wasn’t intelligent or motivated at all, but he got into Michigan from OOS so stop saying that those kinds of students are all in-state.</p>

<p>Are the taxes that parents pay as much as what in-staters receive?</p>

Why?

There are a lot of “small populations” of all kinds of different students. What is attractive about a small population of students that have lower than average SAT / ACT / GPA scores?</p>
