Beginning Graphic Design

I am so worried and stressed!

I have decided that I want to go into Graphic/Web Design
but my biggest stress is... HOW DO I MAKE A PORTFOLIO?

Honestly... I suck at drawing... I have no experience/skills
within the graphic and web designing field...

I don't know where to start! I need major help!!!

The community college I am attending has a AA degree
for Graphic Design

I was wondering, if I finish my GE requirements AND!
apply for the AA degree in Graphic Design, would that
help me create a portfolio with some work?

Do I have any hope in becoming a graphic/web designer without
any skills/ talent in drawing?

How will I pass all my "art drawing" classes... before heading
towards the technology of drawing?

I am lost.

Please give me all the advice you can give me.

P.S.

I am deciding between Art Center in Pasadena and Otis College.

What year are you in?

I am just starting my first semester at a community college, getting my GE’s done.

Wait, so you’re planning to transfer in 2 years?

yes, i want to transfer roughly in 2 years.

After i finish my GE requirements.

You will be fine. The schools understand that design majors may not be the most impressive artists in the way of drawing and painting and what not. If you work hard for your two years, you will be plenty good enough at design for a decent graduate school. I believe most grading in drawing classes are based on effort and improvement more than actual decency of the artwork.

Thanks for the advice:)
