Being attractive

How many people on CC would rather be supermodel hot versus Einstein brilliant?

Well, since I have both, I guess I’ll have to say brains. :)

Oh lucky you for being hot. I wish I was that hot.

Being extremely attractive is both a curse and a blessing.

Also, Einstein had a wife. I’m sure he got some regularly.

Pretty obvious, I would become smart and find the cure for ugliness. yay =)
But seriously, what do girls find more attractive, hotness or intelligence?
I’ll pick that one.

^^ While that’s true, I’m pretty sure: hot > not so hot > homely.

Having Einstein’s mind is both a curse and a blessing.

(I’d still prefer brilliance over attractiveness, even if I had to be partially insane, and regardless of my gender.)

come on guys, einstein was hot.

But didn’t Einstein divorce? I dunno… lol

Brains.

Looks don’t last forever, and I don’t want to be good-looking and very stupid.

“I am somehow less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein’s brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.”

-S.J. Gould

(Anyway, I’d rather be Einstein smart. And, to skysleeper, intelligence is much, much more important to me at least.)

^ Nice quote.

wasn’t einstiens wife kinda related to him? like a cousin or something? and that she only married him for the whole money or something, I remember seeing a show on the guy on history channel or something and they spoke about that woman

eh

I guess brilliant. Beauty fades and all that.

^I believe so.

I’d rather be “Einstein brilliant.”

Definitely brilliance.

i obviously have both

But being attractive can take you places to yo!!!

see: golddiggas

^ Keep speakin the truth my sista.

Einstein married his cousin.

I think it was his 3rd marriage; it definitely wasn’t his first.

It’s the sad reality. Too bad life isn’t fair. Long ago, I stopped expecting it to be.

^ I use that reality as the basis for my “trying to save the world”. I can’t do it, but it doesn’t hurt to try.

I have a decent amount of both intelligence and looks, but I often wonder what it’s like to be extremely intelligent much more often than I wonder about being more attractive.
