The schools I want are:

Rutgers (BADLY)
Penn State
U Pitt
Rochester Inst. of Tech.
Rensaleer Poly

Being Latino/Hispanic "makes better," yes.

I meant, how are my chances based on the extra tidbit that I happen to be Hispanic.

RIT and Penn state should be no problem, RPI and Rutgers should be a little tougher, but I think you got a decent shot.

RPI should be easy ..

HUH? Why is PSU easier than Rutgers. Rutgers is instate...And yet, PSU is easier to get into...Confused I am.
