This is a new Bachelor’s Degree program that began last autumn to meet the increasing demand for computer science programs in the Seattle area.
Does anyone have any personal experiences or opinions of the quality of this program?
As for why someone would consider this program, it seems much less competitive than attempting to get direct admission as an incoming freshman into the CSE program at UW Seattle. Many other computer science programs in the area, like UW Bothell and UW Tacoma, seem to be becoming similarly competitive.
After looking at the provided link, the program seems very basic, but otherwise I’d say it’s perfectly fine. You shouldn’t have a problem getting a job with that degree, unless the economy tanks.
