I would like to know, as well. I have never, ever heard of someone being rejected from a college because of their finances.
This makes no sense and why I questioned it a few years ago. The school during the pandemic has actually initiatives to save students money and was highlighted in the national news on their efforts. They were matching instate tuition from surrounding states and others. Call the school to find out about their programs.
