If there are any benefits to these two majors combined, what would they be? I have a fascination with finances and I'm passionate about law, but I'm not sure if these would compliment one another after college.

You can go to law school with any major. No need to double major, just get great grades in finance and you’ll have lots of options in the future.

Pre-law is not a major. As stated above you can major in pretty much anything and apply to law school. But a combination of business undergrad and law grad background would be good (and is not uncommon) as a great deal of the practice of corporate law is related to business.
