Berkeley OOS/GRAD EARLY Q'S

<p>So, I'm applying to Berkeley OOS, and I am not sure how to get my application through properly without severe concern of completion of the a-g requirements. I'm technically a junior this year, so I've only been in high school 3 years, hence I have not completed the final requirement of English 4 for Berkeley. But I will do so VIA an internet course next semester.
Also, can you chance me as I am highly confused about the competitiveness of OOS applications.
GPA: 4/4 UW, 4.83/5 W, 4.06/5 UC (the only IB course I was able to take as a sophomore was physics SL)

SAT: 2200: 800 math, 680 CR, 720 WR.
ACT: 34, 35 math, 34 English, 31 Cr, 34 science
SAT 2: 800 math2, 760 physics</p>

<p>Achievements: USAJMO qualifier, 2 time AIME. TMSCA state champion math, number sense, calculator 2 time</p>

<p>Extra curricular: Metroplex Math Circle assistant this year, math, science, comp sci teams, newspaper copy editor, class president 2 years, key club president this year</p>

<p>Extra: freshman year took college classes at Midwestern state university, statistics and computer science 1, got A's
