Berkeley or Duke?

<p>I do not know if Duke or Berkeley is the better college to go to and would appreciate any advice/opinion. I from California and want to go into business. Berkeley is alot closer for me that Duke. Also Berkeley is half the tutition cost than Duke and has a better business school. However, Duke is a private school and has smaller class sizes, less students, high academics, and a better social scene. </p>

<p>Also, which college has the better recruitment rate and a higher pay for jobs right after college graduation? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.</p>

<p>go where you will fit in best and have a happier college experience, not where you think will lead to a lucrative career.</p>

<p>Both schools have generally 'high academics,' and I would say it's harder to say one has the better social scene- maybe better for you, but a GENERALLY better social scene? I think, with regard to the topic, it doesn't make sense to say that.</p>

<p>But I agree that you should consider fit foremostly at the level of Berkeley and Duke.</p>
