berkeley or george washington?

<p>im a third year undergraduate wanting to do a masters degree in intl relations at sydney uni. I can go on exchange for a semester (spring '08) and have whittled down my choices to either berkeley or GWU? what do you think?</p>

<p>If you're just going for a semester exchange, I'd go to George Washington, simply because DC is where the magic happens.</p>
