<p>Just answer the first page question Yes or No, and if your answer is Yes, check the boxes next to those things that apply to you. For instance, I checked No because none of them applied to me, and it sounds like you need to do that too.</p>
<p>I believe it asks if you ever attended HS in CA for 3 years (or more), whether you are entering as a freshman or not.</p>
<p>The Drivers license/CA ID question is on page two, after the introductory "nonresident tuition exemptions." If you have a drivers license, then you don't need to answer whether or not you have a CA ID. </p>
<p>The form is confusing in some regards, so I sent an email to the address listed somewhere on the instructions, and got a friendly reply within one day. They also listed a phone number to call.</p>
