So, i was one of the people asked to provide an additional supplementary freshman questionaire with a recommendation and fall grades. That was due a couple of weeks ago, and back then i did not finish my semester yet. Cal told me to just send my transcript later on, when i recieve it.

ok so i finally got my senior semester grades today..and it is HORRIBLE! i got a "C" in calculus, a "B" in foreign language, and a "B" in AP biology. This adds up to a 3.88 weighted GPA for semester 1.

since i am a borderline applicant (which is why they are requiring extra info), should i send in my transcript? I don't want to send my transcript and give Cal more reason to reject me outright. So what do you guys think? Should i send it my fall grades or not?

Thank you!

UC GPA (10th-11th): 3.90
SAT: 1700
*i know my stats are very low for Cal, i always wonder why i didn't get rejected automatically...

I would surmise that if they have asked for this information, your file has been flagged. In order for a final decision to be made they have made that a condition for acceptance. I would send it in, and then see what happens. Good Luck!
