Berkeley, UCLA, or Northeastern?

Hi! Forgive me if I mess up, I don't usually post, but the May 1st deadline is approaching and I'm really struggling over this. I was admitted to UCLA, Berkeley, and Northeastern for International Affairs/Relations for fall of 2014. UCLA would be the cheapest, as I am in state and I would be able to live at home. Northeastern would be the most expensive, although I did receive a Dean's scholarship. However, this could change, as I have had "a change in circumstances" and my EFC dropped from 50k to 8k.

I LOVE Northeastern. It's the dream school. I think co-op and the study abroad opportunities are great. My parents are really insistent that I choose UCLA or Cal, though, because of reputation and money. I understand their argument on money; debt is a slippery slope and they would have to take out a lot of loans for Northeastern if my aid package stays the same. However, I do not really agree with their argument on prestige. I believe that my education at Northeastern would be just as good as one at UCLA or Cal, but I wanted to get outside opinions. I believe at this point in the process my parents and I are a bit biased.

Thanks! Any input is very much appreciated.
