Having some couple of easy electives should be just enough to get 3.5.
It is certainly do-able, but I have to say you have to work a bit no matter what your major is.

My son has this and I found this online regarding future eligibility…

"Maintaining Eligibility- You must continue to have financial need and maintain a 3.5 GPA to continue to receive the scholarship. In most cases, if you continue to have financial need, but do not maintain the required 3.5 GPA, you will be offered a university grant. "

I hope this makes you feel better…

would anyone have any idea how much the grant is compared to the scholarship (since the scholarship varies depending on financial need)?

nevermind i just got off the phone with the financial aid office and they said if your gpa changes, it should not affect the amount. the only thing that will change would be it’ll be a grant instead of scholarship, but the amount granted is still based on financial need only (and not gpa). so the grant would not be less than the scholarship if you cannot maintain the gpa :)

Exactly. Good news, I thought. :-)
