Berkeley vs Carnegie Mellon

<p>hey, i'm having a difficult time deciding where to go
i'm looking into majoring in chemistry and possibly double majoring or.. minoring in art history (if, that is, possible)
i'm also thinking of med school after graduation </p>

<p>berkeley's got an awesome reputation for its chemistry department but carnegie mellon's small size is pretty tempting too ( i go to a school wih 1500 kids total (sop,jun, and senior..all high school kids) and i can't imagine going to college with at least 4000*4 people total) </p>

<p>i really don't know where to go
please help !</p>

<p>I got into CMU and Berkeley for Mechanical Engineering and ultimately chose Berkeley. I think if you really really want to do premed I would go to CMU, cuz chemistry at Berkeley is pretty hard. But if you are really interested in chemistry and maybe want to go to grad school for chemistry I would definately go to Berkeley.</p>
