Best books for each test

Hey guys, I know there's probably already a million and one threads on this, but I was just wondering if you could help me out.

I'm planning on taking some combination of Spanish w/o Listening, Literature, and Math I or II in October. I went to the bookstore and the selection of books was overwhelming, and the amazon.com ratings didn't narrow my search much, either. So, I was wondering...has anyone taken any of these tests recently? If so, which books did you use to prepare, and where can I get them? I don't care if they're from different companies, as long as they're readily available.

Thank you all so much for reading this, and thanks for the help in advance :)

Alright. I feel like a complete idiot for not freaking reading the post below mine. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone signed up for more than one SAT II to take on the same day, and got there and only wanted to take one of them, and so...didn't take one? and only took the other one? If this is confusing, ask me to clarify...but I think this might be what I want to do, so I want to know if anyone has been able to do this

They explained the procedure during test day (all I remember is that the proctor told anyone who was going to do this to just leave everything blank and leave after their first test).
