If you could only buy two books..

Which books would you buy?

I'm taking the Math II and Spanish (without listening) subject tests in the fall. I really need to do well the first time around as I will not have time to retake them before applications are due. I've been reading a lot on the forums for recommended books for each of these tests. Can someone recommend what books I should get? I really can only afford to get two books. Maybe 3. I would like to get a book for math that reviews the topics fairly well and gives solid practice tests. And for spanish, I'm just looking for something that can give overall review and practice for the tests. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I bought Barron’s for math II and it was great for me :] the harder exercises made the actual SAT seem much easier. I’m not sure about Spanish though - gonna have to ask someone else.

^I can comment on the Math II too. I bought both Barron’s and Kaplan’s and used them both. Barron’s went into a lot of detail (read: excessively) and while it does make the actual test seem easier, you probably don’t need it unless you have a lot of time on your hands. I forget how good the Kaplan’s was, but Kaplan’s is generally easier than the test.
