If I got an 800 on the math of the SAT, is that a good sign for Math IIC?

Anyway, I can only get one book for each (MAYBE two, but only if you guys think it absolutely necessary).

Math IIC - Barron's
Bio - Barron's
Physics - Sparknotes/Princeton Review

After using Barron's math IIC, honestly if you score good on that, you're going to do great on the actual. I found it much harder than the actual one

the princeton review isnt bad, just note that the practice tests may be a tad bit easier than the real thing

Yap. PR's practice tests are easy.

Barron's has the hardest practice tests imho. Princeton Review tends to explain the material better, but if you take good notes, then use Barron's for at least Math 2 and Bio M. I have never reviewed for SAT II Physics, but I'd read over different review books at the bookstore and find one with the most practice tests.

800 with barron's math.
740 with barron's bio (read only parts, so if you read the whole thing, you'll probably get an 800).

If your physics class doesnt cover optics, or relativity, you need a test prep book for the physics test. I had to learn that the hard way.

I used Kaplan to great effect on the Math 2. But no one seems to agree with me.

Don't use Barron's for physics - the questions are very ambiguous and I have found at least one error on each practice test; up to 5 errors on a single test, too. Mostly it's typos, but sometimes the typos are in the NUMBERS>...

Princeton Review was really good for Bio M. I didn't feel that the practice tests were easy either. I read the whole thing for Bio and got a 610 and 600 on the practice tests, but on the the real thing got a 740.

I'm pretty much using Kaplan for all three, but I also got the Barron's 7th ed.
Generally, Kaplan is very organized and easy to read for those subjects, but if you're already good at math and the stuff in Kaplan looks too easy then just do Barron's for that.
