Best books for these subjects? & other questions

I'm a very math & science inclined person, and I'm thinking of taking Math II, Chem, and Physics. Ideally, I'd like to get perfect scores on each test. Just a few questions:

Is there any advantage to taking Math I instead of Math II, Math II instead of Math I, or both instead of just one?

What is the best book for Math II (and/or Math I)?

What are the best books for Chem and Physics?

How difficult are each of the above tests and how much will I need to study for them if I start now? (I'm currently a Soph taking Alg II and Chem, will be taking fast-paced HS physics over the summer & physics next year)

Should I consider other subject tests? I've always done better in math and science than I have in history and literature. I'm not fluent in any other languages.

Any other suggestions or tips regarding the SAT IIs? (How to study, how to not kill myself while studying, etc.)

I’d really appreciate some responses…

If you’re relatively good at those 3 subjects, I suggest just getting the big CollegeBoard book with official tests and have the real one if front of you. Otherwise, pick Princeton or Barron’s. I couldn’t find a Princeton or Barron’s book for Physics, so I used Kaplan’s. Ask around about Chemistry as I didn’t take that. Math II was relatively easy for me as I’m quite decent at Math. Get used to the problems they ask and the variety and time needed. Practice tests are the key. If you don’t know the material, try googling or buy Barron’s or Princeton for supplementary information. Physics was quite easy when I took it. I would say the same deal. Nothing too tricky specifically. Since it seems like you have over a year of prep time, I would say just take it slow studying 1-2 hours a day on what you’re missing and you’ll easily get an 800 on all the subject tests you will take.
