SAT II in math and chem

I am planning to take subject tests in mathematics and chemistry.

my questions:
1) Should I take the Math I or II subject test? (I'm going to be a senior this September, and I've taken: Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra2/Trig).

2) Which book should I use to study for the math subject test? I get mixed responses between Barron's and CB. I'm assuming I'll have to review... but I don't want to end up with some book that's hard to read, which Barron's is.

3) I'm going to have a month (maybe two) to study for the Chemistry subject test, and I haven't taken any advanced classes for that. Which book should I be using for this? I know I have to review for this one...

Self-study conics, counting principles, and limits, and take Math II. Use Sparknotes’ free online practice tests for Math II. Take a few practice tests, determine the areas that need most review, and review for them. In my experience, math problems in textbooks are more than enough.

Math II is much easier than Math I to score an 800 in, and is a generally more impressive test in terms of college admissions. Barron’s is good. I did one-and-a-half practice tests and managed an effortless 800. You should use Barron’s to review for chemistry too. If you know all the material in the Barron’s book, you will be solid. Make sure to use the free practice tests Sparknotes offers, though :)

Take Math II after pre-calculus, or else you’ll have a lot of self-studying. Since you will not have finished Math II before senior year, I recommend taking Math I instead. The curve is harsher, but the material is also simpler. Use Barron’s and then the official released test.
