What are the best books for

AP statistics
AP US History
AP CHemistry
AP English language

These are the 4 AP clases im taking next year as a junior.

I want ot get preparing ealry for AP exams (unlike last year, cause i got a 3 on world hist and im ****ED).

Thanks agian.

For Stat. I used Barrons and got a 5 same with US HISTORY

U.S. History - AMSCO (two review books, I used the one by Paul M. Roberts titled "Review Text")

and for a complete exposition: American Pageant (very easy to read, corny metaphors, overall a solid textbook)

Stats-Barron's
US Hist-AMSCO/REA
English-None, practice writing

Chem - Chang textbook, 5 steps to a 5 prep book, i got a 5
USHistory - american pageant textbook, PR prep book, got a 5

I'm taking Stats next year and I've heard really good things about Barron's so... I'm placing my faith in that haha.

I used AMSCO for US History -- it has a LOT of stuff but it's really good if you use it during the year. Not so good on cramming since they give you SO MUCH and sometimes it's hard to decipher what exactly you will need... I probably got a 4 b/c the essay prompts suuuuucked =P

English Lang I didn't buy a book for. Nor will I for English Lit. Because they're really skills and your class practie should really be enough (mine's was, at least -- I haven't gotten my scores yet, but on rubrics for old tests I would get at least high 4s so I'm holding out hope for a 5).

What about AP Eng Lit? I don't even know where to begin studying for that one...

GUys im talking about AP prep books, not school textbooks. Keep the suggestions coming.

ap english lang: princeton b/c theres that new synthesis section and practice writing essays
ap chem: i guess princeton and ive heard barrons was ok
ap us: amsco and/or rea
ap stats: ive heard barrons is good

BTW, for AP Chem, I learned everything I knew for the test from Barron's, so that's what I'd suggest.
