<p>I'll be going to college next year on a full scholarship, but I'm not sure what I want to major in. I'm creative and I'm quite good at managing teams of people and getting the most out of them. What undergrad business degree would be good for me that pays well and has good job prospects??</p>

<p>You may also want to look at human resource management, or just general management. The human resource track is more specialized, whereas the general management track is…well… general.</p>
<p>Some engineers also get business degrees so that they can run engineering firms…creative and business oriented.</p>
<p>Marketing/management look for a sales manager role.</p>

<p>If you are intuitive as a source of your creativity, you might want to look at Entrepreneurship Degree. Some people say you cant teach entreprenuership, like you cant teach creativity. It really teaches you what to do with your creativity.</p>
