<p>Hey all! I am new on the board. I am a strait A student from Scandinavia, and I am planning to come to US for university. I am interested in business, communications, global studies and music. I am thinking of attending a CC for the first 2 years, and then transfer to one of the top universities. I would love to study in Boston or NY, so could anyone recommend any quality community colleges with good transfer rates around there? I would also like the school to be as cheap as possible... (in scandinavia the education is free, so I haven't saved up for college). Also, is it easy to get new friends in a CC? How about is there any clubs or activities? I hope someone can help me out :)</p>
