I've been accepted to a few schools and I just wanted to see if anyone had any input as to which is best for a mechanical engineering major. I am also considering going pre-med or double majoring/minoring in neuroscience. My choices are:

UC San Diego
UC Davis
Boston U
Northeastern
NYU

UCSD is the obvious choice academically, but I visited and I didn't really like campus or San Diego as whole for school. Any input would be helpful. Thanks

NYU doesnt have engineering.

They have it jointly with nyu polytech

Yea but if you apply to NYU, that doesn’t give you admission to Polytech.

I don’t see the point of going mechanical engineer if you plan on going into pre-med or neuroscience. My suggestion is go biomedical engineer or premed at UCSD. You will have better chance of getting into med school from UCSD.

For Mechanical Engineer, I don’t see much of difference on going to any of the school listed there.
