Best college for chemical eng.?

<p>Hello:</p>

<p>I want to study chemical engineering and have been accepted by North Carolina State University and Virginia Tech. I am also in the waiting list of Lehigh University, and Lafayette College. Do you know which is the best college for chemical engineering?</p>

<p>I was thinking to accept NCSU offer, and then if I am called from Lafayette College (since I am on the waiting list) take their offer. What do you say? Which is the best option? What should I do? I do not have a ranking for the universities in engineering. But are the rankings really important? I do not have much time since the deadline is approaching.</p>

<p>Lehigh and Lafayette are both excellent institutions at which to study chemical engineering, if you are accepted to either. Visit each school's departmental website to learn more about each of their programs. Do the same with the schools to which you have been accepted.</p>
