Lets make a list of all of the best college movies. Post your favorites. I'll start the list off with Revenge of the Nerds.

Van Wilder.

And is it me, or is there a d-bag fraternity antagonist in every college movie?

Animal House.

/thread

The movie “college” is honestly the worst movie I’ve ever seen.

I’ve heard of all three movies but I haven’t seen any of them. I think I’m going to watch Animal House soon though. I’ve heard good things about it before.

Accepted is good haha, but it’s a comedy so don’t take it too seriously

Animal House sets the standard, of course. Back to School (Rodney Dangerfield) is great. College Road Trip is also very funny. On a more serious note, The Paper Chase (which follows a 1L through his first year of law school at Harvard) is a classic.

None of these movies seem to be on the watch instantly option on netflix. So the waiting game begins…

Superbad!!! xD
The Hangover!

Superbad is a high school flick. Awesome nonetheless.
I haven’t seen the Hangover but the trailers imply that its about a bachelor’s party? I would assume its after college. Right?

Old School is a good one (if that even counts) and Accepted is good too

But Animal House beats all…

The Hangover is not about college at all.

Harold and Kumar go to White Castle is vaguely college-related and thus I’m counting it. Oh, and How High.

I don’t think he understood the purpose of the thread as for movies ABOUT college, not neccesarily one just enjoyed by college students. On a different note, Old School?

Scent of a Woman – even though it’s prep school, Chris O’Donnell in a blazer is collegiate enough. It’s that kind of movie that makes everything feel so significant. Plus, Al Pacino ftw.

“The Graduate.” Technically a post-college movie, but it deals with the same age group and a good movie nevertheless.

And “Rudy.” A college/sport movie.

D3: The mighty ducks
road trip

Good Will Hunting? (vaguely)

I really liked Orange County.

^
seconded.

This. End of thread.
