As you can tell, I cannot get into that good of a school. So, here is what I would like to do:

Go to a branch campus or smaller college with a good chance of transferring to a decent UG b-school.

Here is an example of what I mean:
Penn State Abington ---- Penn State University Park
IU Purdue Fort Wayne ---- IU Bloomington
U Wis Milwaukee ---- U Wis Madison

U of M - Dearborn to U of M - Ann Arbor. But it's extremely hard to transfer to ROSS...or so I hear (though I'm not sure about cross-campus transfers). I don't know any statistics or admissions information on U of M Dearborn off the top of my head, I'll look it up and see if your stats match with it.

Hmm, yeah, so it looks like your stats are below average. If you had gotten higher (1500) on the SAT then it'd probably be a match. But for now it's probably a slight reach / reach.

so, I would be basically just studying what if I'm not in Ross?
How easy is it to transfer to Ann Arbor from there?
And what about U of M: Flint?

I know little about U of M - Flint. Nor can I find any information about it from USNews Rankings. So I'll take a guess in the dark here and assume that you can probably get in (considering the fact it's not ranked on USNews). It's easier to get into U of M - Ann Arbor if your transferring from Flint. You will probably be able to get into U of M - Ann Arbor though if you do well at U of M - Flint. You also recieve an advantage by transferring cross-campus (similar to the advantage of instate vs out of state for public universities).

However, transfers into ROSS are extremely competitive, and you'd have a hard time getting into ROSS. Only 50% of the people who apply to ROSS from Ann Arbor get into it, so there are no guarntees that you get into ROSS even if you do well at Flint. If you don't get into ROSS, you can still major in Economics (LSA at Ann Arbor), but they don't have a major for Finance there.

And I can't tell you anything about U of Texas so sorry since I know very little :(

Alright thanks, how about any of the following branch campuses at these schools:
U of North Carolina (transfer to Chapel Hill)
U of California (transfer to Berkeley or LA)
U of Minnesota (transfer to Twin Cities)
