Best for admission?

I know I'm going to double major in Biology and Psychology in college (My ultimate goal is to go to med school). I'll be a senior next year and I'm considering who to ask for reccomendations. I know I'm asking my Anatomy and Physiology/ AP biology teacher because he's taught me my major interest and will hve taught me for two years. I'm still debating between the two others for my second. First, there is my sophomore English teacher. She knew me well and I did extremely well in her class. I also have participated in a teen mentoring program for two years (you must be elected by a board of teachers) that she runs. The other is my french teacher who has taught me for three years. She's praised me many times for my ability and intelligence. I also elected her for teacher appreciation week so she knows how I feel about her as a teacher.

So who is the better option? Also, could I have one of my extracurricular mentors write a letter of rec? She'd be sending it by mail so I'd only have her send it to my reach colleges. Thanks!

Likely your English teacher. But you should know that the vast majority of colleges require zero rec letters. It’s OK to think in advance but you may not need any (e.g. if your 1st choice is your state school and you get in early)
