I have committed to UCLA as a neuroscience major so now I’m looking into the different classes I can take. I’ve heard I should take a non-scientific cluster to knock out a bunch of GEs and I was wondering which non-science clusters are most popular at UCLA. Personally, I’m interested in the Never-Ending Stories cluster most but am also considering America in the 60 and History of Modern Thought. I really like the Evolution of Cosmos one as well but it has 3 science-related GEs so it won’t really help me.
Also, Bruinwalk is lowkey scaring the hell out of me with all the terrible professor ratings for the clusters I think are cool - I don’t know if the bad ratings are just extreme or not? Essentially, what should I weigh most heavily when choosing a cluster - my interest in it or what other students have said about the cluster/professors?
