Best housing for sophomore transfer?

Hi guys, I'm planning on transferring to FSU as a sophomore for Fall 2014. I haven't been accepted yet, but I still thought I would get familiar with the housing choices in case I do get accepted. I was just wondering which housing is best in your opinion? I also do not mind living in a dorm-style since I've heard that it can be difficult for transfer students to get placed in apt style housing.

Some things I am looking for in housing is a social environment (maybe with a study lounge, if possible), decent living conditions (AC, minimal to no bug problems), and, if possible, a nice aesthetic (A more traditional looking building would be preferable). Thanks a lot guys!
