Best I can get for around 25k/year tuition?

@blossom I have to spend around 5 times more for tuition alone to enter a U.S. institution, and I don’t even mind. I hope it’s nothing more than my wording, shouldn’t have said the word ‘decent’ but I am just thinking about getting into a university with higher academic ranking, that’s it. I know OSU is above average but who doesn’t want to go to a more reputable school anyway? Also, I am saying 25k maximum because I know that’s the amount I can afford annually excluding my room & boards, misc, etc. I don’t even know why was it difficult for you to get all of my points after all?

My parents didn’t specify EXACTLY how much they are willing to pay all-in, but I know that they highly encourage going to a university which tuition costs less than 30k a year, so a scholarship might help reduce that.
