Man everyone read harry potter when they were 5...I would say the same thing but harry potter came out when I was 7. And thats when I read it. I mean not really a big deal....your going to realize soon that all CCers are smart and everyone at boarding is smart. I mean thats not really unique.

i never read harry potter. i bought the cd. lol

It would be really boring if all you talked about was clothes after like a month you'd run out of things to talk about you would just sit there in silence

yep, i listened to a 22 hour cd

the only time me and my friends talk about clothes is when we are shopping or when i make them come over to pick out my outfit for school

22 HOURS!!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS that is a LONG time

yea, i just didnt wanna bother with reading the book. thought it was easier with the cd, and it was. if i can find a recording of a book, i buy it. id much rather listen than read

I couldn't sit still for 22 hours I would just be like screw it I'm gonna read the book. That's like twenty hours longer than it takes to read the book

I hate listening to books they read so slow

yeaa ive noticed that. but when i read books im usually texting, on the computer, and listening to the radio so i dont really notice it

to mpicz,

people say i look white. well, i would if i didnt go tanning but it really depends how sleepy i am and how open my eyes are. but if im with my dad, people just assume im white. i went to school one day and this person went "are you high?'' cause my eyes were pretty much closed since i was sleepy. it just depends

Yeah I've tried to do that but I really can't pay attention to both things at once so I don't know what's happening so it ends up being kind of pointless

yea after a while i end up forgetting it's even there.

mpicz,

wadda u mean by lazy?

"yea, i just didnt wanna bother with reading the book. thought it was easier with the cd, and it was. if i can find a recording of a book, i buy it. id much rather listen than read"...that.

awwww. everyone is lazy at some point. that's why the tv is popular

If people weren't lazy a lot of people would be out of a job. Bet your lawn mowing guy is happy that people are lazy

Well I mow the lawn a lot of times with my dad so I wouldn't really know how my "lawn mowing guy" feels. Were upper middle class, every once in a while someone mows our lawn, but we don't have a "lawn mowing guy". So ya ...when we get one ill let you know how he feels

Oh well anyways people are lazy and that's how a lot of people make their living like if everybody cleaned their own house your cleaning lady would be out of a job and it would mess up the economy because there are a lot of people that clean houses that really couldn't do anything else and they'd be stuck with no jobs you'd be paying for them to be on welfare and their quality of life would go way down. The same goes for any other job that depends on people being lazy if people weren't lazy they wouldn't have jobs

Amazingjasmyn,
I have no problem admitting that I find some of your posts offensive. People find my posts offensive, because I brag sometimes. I'm just telling you, please realize that what you are talking about very casually is an extremely sensitive topic.

The "ignorance" in your statement is why all of the insults are coming your way.
"if everybody cleaned their own house your cleaning lady would be out of a job and it would mess up the economy because there are a lot of people that clean houses that really couldn't do anything else."

Please think before you state whatever pops into your head... First off cleaning ladies don't even make up 1% of the workforce. Cleaning ladies often hold side jobs, my aunt is a secretary and a cleaning lady. It doesn't mess up the economy... I don't even think you understand the actions that cause the repercussions that we are seeing at the moment.

I've studied economics under two professors(One from an IVY), and I really take the economy seriously. I believe that every American should be equipped with some knowledge of the economy and I hate to see when information is inaccurate.
YES I'M AWARE THAT THE LAST THING MIGHT BE BRAGGING, BUT I'M MAKING A POINT.

I won't even comment about your Obama "research". He is Black. Some people say, "Is he black enough?" I think that he is actually the perfect mixture of upbringings.(The intense labor from his mother to support him is especially moving)

THE ONLY THING I DON'T AGREE WITH:
Mpicz said that being black was holding him back(Or maybe along the lines of even though he was black he achieved this). I really have to tell you that if he wasn't black and if he wasn't born in the circumstances that he received then he probably wouldn't have gone to such a great college/become a lawyer/become president elect/president.

yea, exactly. u have a maid? like permanent live in maid? my mom has one. the only thing i have close to a maid is that woman that comes in every week to do laundry, clean my cats mess, wash dishes, and do laundry.

mpicz, dont u need financial aid? how are you upper middle class then, if not, nevermind

the neighborhood lawn mower guy is cuteeeeeeeeeee (all the houses in our community have to chip in for this maintenance fee, you know cut the grass, trees, shrubs)
