Best Majors/ colleges?

Hey!

This is my first time posting, so I hope this is the right place to put this; if it isn't please let me know.

So I am currently doing very well in school and feel that the ivies are a very reasonable shot. I am not saying this because I want you to chance me for schools, but because I am simply letting you know ahead of time so that you don't filter your suggestions.

I am trying to decide what to major in, and where to go for that major. I am currently thinking Applied Physics/Business management. I know what I want to do, I simply am unsure of how to get there. I want to work as a leader in industry or in government on cutting edge physics, and designs. After working for 20-30 years though I would really like to give back and teach, maybe even k-12.

That being said I would love it if you could post a major, or combination of majors that will best fit that path. Also if you could post your top college choice for that major that would be awesome too.

Thanks!

Tell me if this looks interesting:

By physics I take it you mean technology in general (there is definitely physics involved, though). This is very cutting edge stuff. Nanotechnology is what’s being called “the next industrial revolution”. You can get a concentration in Nanoeconomics and then go on to get a “Nano+MBA”.
