Best Math 114 Teacher?

I received a really awesome score on the Math Diagnostic Test that placed me up there, but my advisor recommended that I should start at Math 114 just to be cautious. However, I notice that the teachers were:

Pimsner
Haglund
Robert T Powers

All of whom have been deemed less effective than other teachers in Penn's math department. However, I have heard some compliments from all of them still. I am just curious which one of the three should I take for Math 114 for the best effective use of the material and time in the course?

They are all pretty bad. If you feel comfortable with the material just go ahead to 240, you won’t learn much from any of them. If however you are very interested in math, you could take math 116 which is the honors version. It is proof based.
