<p>Maybe look at University of South Florida.</p>
<p>i think BME is very hard wherever you go. if you mean not really really competitive as in getting in, then i would say SUNY Stony Brook, George Washington University</p>
<p>Purdue, NC State, WPI, RIT and Case Western might be worth a look also.</p>
