Best place for 21 y.o. u/g to stay during semester exchange at UPenn

<p>I am trying to do an exchange to UPenn, 2011 for one semester. I am a 21 y.o. girl studying business, from Australia. Just wondering where would be the best college to stay in during the semester? I would like to study but I would also like a good social scene, and the ability to meet people and party! What colleges are good and what ones are to avoid? Or would you recommend staying off campus??</p>
