Best place for Asian American Studies Major?

My stats:

Overall Gpa: 3.1, can probably raise to a 3.3+ after fall
Major Gpa: 4.0
First generation college student.

UC's I'm looking at UCB, UCLA, UCSD, UCI, and UCD.

What would be my chances? I have a friend who got into UCB with a 3.2 overall gpa for Asian American Studies.

Side Note: I will be applying for fall 2012 and I'd like to note that I have completed 26 units currently at a CC and 6 units at SJSU. I plan to take 2 classes in the summer at a CC for 6 units. and In the fall I plan to take 1 class at SJSU and 15 units at a CC. Would this still qualify me as a CC student?

Also does IGETC work for Asian American Studies for UCB? Reason why my gpa is a bit low is because I got 3 C's in Economics, Chemistry, and English.

Thanks and appreciate for all feedback.
